Responsibilities:Good understanding and application of key business and finance processes (close process, financial planning & analysis, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, revenue etc.)Demonstrated ability to document finance and operational processBasic understanding of US GAAPExposure to financial systems and tools beneficial (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Hyperion, Business Intelligence Databases etc.)Attention to detail with ability to produce quality deliverablesDesired Skills & Experience:Strong analytical and problem solving skills; intellectual curiosityEntrepreneurial nature, self-motivated, ethical and dependableExcellent interpersonal, presentation, writing and communication skillsTeam and/or project management experience beneficialGPA of 3.5 or betterAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsMinimum 2-3 years business consulting, auditing or industry experience requiredCPA and or MBA preferredRated top 25% of Big Four classTravel:A willingness to travel up to 25%, including international travel Connor Group is committed to celebrating the value of diversity in a globally connected business world.
