Responsible for the application ownership, development delivery, and support for value streams. Manages a team including hiring, directing, mentoring, and assigning work. Responsibilities Forecasts network volumes.Directs team in the development of capacity models.Develops performance and capacity reporting for PULSE BT applications and systems.Develops bench marking capabilities and reports for production capacity.Develops capacity and performance management tools.Helps identify, manage, and escalate risksAssists with performing capacity modeling and capacity management across all PULSE BT applications and systemsDetermines current utilization and capacity of systems supporting PULSE businessForecasts future demand for these systems as a result of client transaction volume growthEnsures systems builds and client implementations meet PULSE standards for resiliency and reliabilityIdentifies gaps in system applications and infrastructure due to the forecasted demand, system resiliency, and client implementationsIdentifies System tuning and optimization through annual benchmark testing by identifying capacity threshold adjustments, and platform resource assignmentMonitors systems daily performance to identify trends, and issues related to capacity gaps, and results of planned changes,Initiates capacity upgrades with appropriate lead times to ensure forecasted increases can be handled by all systems supporting PULSE businessProvides monthly reports on systems health and availabilityManages software ownership and development from initial concept through continuous improvement.Coaches and mentors team members. Supports individuals to achieve their individual development goals. Utilizes Agile and Lean practices to identify an solve systemic issues.Utilizes tools to support data driven decision making. Identifies and removes blockers to enable the team to meet business goals.Consults with management in the analysis of short and long range business requirements and recommends innovations. Minimum Qualifications At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, or related8+ years of experience in Application Development, or related2+ years of people management Preferred Qualifications If we had our say, we'd also look for:
Past experience in capacity planning and infrastructure scaling.Working knowledge of performance simulators – Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter, Paragon, PayHuddleSkilled on multiple technology streams and high adaptable to changing technology landscape#LI-KE

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $125,500.00 to $211,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
