The SVP will also be tasked with overseeing an Associate and an Analyst, and will be expected to work from the company's office in El Segundo, CA, with a significant amount of travel to the Western region.
Applicants for the SVP of Acquisitions position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in multifamily acquisitions within the Western U.S., with a focus on properties of a similar size. A Bachelor's degree is required, and the ideal candidate will be based within an easy commute of El Segundo.
