The successful candidate will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth, both through the optimization of current solutions and the development of new, adjacent offerings. This key executive role involves leading a commercial team that delivers a full suite of solution offerings, and it is critical in driving the company's commercial payments strategy. The SVP will be expected to develop and implement a robust commercial payments strategy, cultivate a culture of innovation, and ensure client success through strategic leadership. Key responsibilities include managing the product lifecycle, promoting a high-performance culture, and defining a strategic product roadmap. The role also requires the ability to lead and inspire large, high-performing teams, and to maintain effective working relationships at the senior executive level.
Candidates for the SVP position should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for business, finance, marketing, or operations. A minimum of 12 years' experience in the commercial real estate industry and 10 years in Fintech or Proptech, specifically leading a payments organization, is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a $100M+ P&L with double-digit year-over-year growth, experience in leading SAAS product lines, and a strong background in strategy, product management, sales, and client success. Excellent communication skills, the ability to understand complex business and technical concepts, and a dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset are essential. The role requires the ability to travel up to 50% and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
