The ideal candidate will be a key partner in shaping the long-term market and category growth vision, leading the integrated multi-year growth strategy, and driving the development of sales capabilities. This senior leader will be responsible for all aspects of national sales, including the direct of strategic and operating plans, team and talent development, and driving significant revenue and profit growth. Collaboration with executive leadership, particularly the CCO, is essential for this role, as is the ability to influence annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasting based on a deep understanding of the market, competition, and consumer insights.
Applicants for the SVP National Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in fast-growing CPG organizations, with a strong background in off-premise and e-commerce sales, including experience with major national retailers and Amazon. The role requires a data-driven leader with a proven track record in team development, market expansion, and product commercialization. Experience in the beverage industry is preferred.
