About the Role The Company is seeking an SVP of Finance to lead its accounting and finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full oversight of all accounting functions and financial reporting. This includes coordinating and directing financial planning, budgeting, procurement, and investment activities, as well as ensuring compliance with internal control policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves overseeing contract management, leading special business development projects such as collaborations and M&A, and providing management and board-level financial information. The SVP of Finance will be a key member of the Executive Team, contributing to the creation and execution of strategic, tactical, and operational plans, and advising on financial objectives, policies, and actions.
Applicants for the SVP of Finance position at the company should have a proven track record in financial management and a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial forecasting, and investment management. The role requires the ability to analyze past, present, and expected financial operations to identify opportunities for development and areas for improvement.
