The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and evaluating strategic revenue objectives, overseeing revenue planning and forecasting, and creating accountability through the alignment of revenue operations. This role demands a seasoned executive with a proven track record in scaling and leading large broadcast television and digital revenue operations, as well as a deep knowledge of cross-channel marketing, native advertising, programmatic, and the latest trends in linear and digital advertising. The SVP will work closely with the CEO and executive team to drive revenue growth, ensure business alignment across various functional areas, and lead a culture of continuous improvement and best practices.
Applicants for the SVP, Revenue position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 10 years' experience in progressively responsible revenue operations leadership roles. A background in the media industry is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of political and digital advertising. The role requires an individual with an execution mindset, a record of success in holding teams accountable, and experience in managing revenue operations in a complex, changing environment. The SVP will also be responsible for talent strategies, including the development of top-performing sales teams, and will act as the functional business owner of the CRM.
