Franklin Country Club is open year round and features a Dining Room, Lounge, Ballroom, Snack Bar and Halfway House.
Must be friendly, willing to train the right person, server experience a plus.
The Club is open 6 days a week for lunch and 6 nights a week for dinner in season and 4 nights a week out of season.

Job Tasks:
Provide food and beverage service to club members and their guests with quality experience
-Performs clean-up and closing side work duties as assigned.
-Attend pre-meal, know entire menu, specials, potato, vegetable, soup etc.Provides immediate attention to all members/guests upon seating with a Warm, friendly greeting, using the member's name.
-Describes various daily specials, takes drink order clears extra wine glasses
-Serve's wine using wine bottle and napkin folded over arm for drippings.
-Places order into Jonas System and sends to appropriate areas of preparation.Serves meal; (checks plate before bringing to member) places course in front on Ladies first or Member; serves from the left
-Checks back to ensure member/guest satisfaction.If any problems, always let manager on duty know even the smallest complaint
-Removes soiled dishes and crumbs table and clears own tray
-Suggests and serves dessert, coffee and after dinner drinks.Verifies accuracy of prices and other charges on checks and presents the bill
-Closes out all checks and sign's off Jonas turns in declaration sheets w/checks
-Performs any additional tasks as deemed necessary by supervisor
-Responsible for uniforms assigned to you
-Completes other appropriate assignments made by the General Manager, Events Manager or Manager on Duty
