Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual for the position of Servicio al cliente. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Duties
Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns effectively.
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish are preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not required.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications related to customer service.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
