Position Highlights: Position: Social Worker, Continuum of Care *10,000 sign on bonus* Location: Highland Park Hospital Full Time/Part Time: 36 hours Hours: Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon. 3 12 hour shifts What you will need: License: LSW or LCSW license required Education: Master's Degree from an accredited school of social work required Certification: CPR BLS Certification required Experience: Two years' post-graduate experience preferred; healthcare and/or mental health experience preferred Skills: Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platform preferred. Experience with MS Office.
