About:At Cleric, we're building an AI-powered SRE assistant that autonomously manages, repairs, and optimizes complex software environments. We're looking for a Solutions Architect to bridge the gap between our product and our customers' needs.
As our Solutions Architect, you'll work closely with customers to ensure their success with Cleric. You'll be the technical expert who understands both our product's capabilities and our customers' unique challenges, crafting solutions that deliver real value.
What You'll Do:Lead technical strategy for customer accounts from initial prospect to successful implementationCreate tailored demos and proof-of-concepts that address specific customer requirementsIdentify and resolve potential technical blockers, developing alternative solutions or making core product changes if neededBuild strong relationships with technical decision-makers within customer organizationsProvide valuable product feedback to our engineering team, directly influencing Cleric's roadmapWhat You Bring:4+ years of experience in technical sales or consulting for enterprise customers, focusing on complex, mission-critical systemsDeep understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure) and associated tooling (Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm)Practical knowledge of AI/ML operations, including data collection, model training, and inferenceStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearlyExperience in objection handling and navigating technical discussionsOur ideal candidate:Has very high attention to detailThrives on solving complex technical challengesCan translate between customer needs and product capabilitiesIs comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentHas a genuine interest in AI and its applications in infrastructure managementOur Approach:We're a sports team, you play the primary solutions architect position, which is critical to the happiness of our customers and the success of our companyCulture is critical: We value excitement and chemistry.
