Job Description: As our Sous Chef, you'll be responsible for helping oversee all back-of-house and kitchen operations. Responsibilities include:
Recruiting, training, and developing the culinary staff.
Ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Maintaining an organized and sanitary kitchen and preparation area before, during, and after all services.
Ensuring 100% recipe adherence and food quality.
Exhibiting excellent leadership and communication skills to ensure front and back of house employees can work together seamlessly.
Creating a pleasant working environment focused on teamwork while remaining positive and professional.

Qualifications: Preferred culinary degree or equivalent culinary experience of 3-5+ years.
