Spanish-Speaking Retail Store Associate

As a Spanish-speaking Retail Store Associate, you will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer suitable solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, meeting sales targets, and ensuring the store's products and visual standards are upheld. This part-time position starts at $15 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals Assist customers in person and over the phone, building trust and rapport Accurately process sales transactions and maintain sales floor Mix and tint products to customer specifications Stock shelves, set up displays, and maintain store cleanliness Assist with deliveries as needed Stay knowledgeable about products and provide suggestions to customers Comply with inventory control procedures Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment Fluent in both English and Spanish Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications:
Valid, unrestricted Driver's License High School diploma or GED At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role Previous experience selling paint and operating tinting equipment
