This is a hybrid position for our San Diego or El Segundo office location. What you will do: Receive inquiries from financial advisors and coordinate responses related to the advisory platforms, supported advisory programs, and/or advisory accounts by working with internal groups to expedite the resolution of issues and provide a positive advisory platform experienceTrain newer team members on MAA Operations Support procedures and activities. Maintain availability to other associates and serve as a knowledge base to themProvide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to determine efficient and effective resolutionTrack and monitor multiple ongoing projectsFacilitate accurate communication and data transfer with financial advisors, internal team members, and external vendorsCreate and maintain technical manuals and training sessionsWork with advisors in a consultative capacity to assist with the adoption and use of advisory platforms. Partner with other internal groups and/or advisory product sponsors to support their efforts to close business that would utilize the advisory platformsContribute to idea generation and positioning that solidify the advisory platform value proposition, accentuate our absolute and competitive strengths, and keep the advisory platforms at the industry's leading edgeParticipate in projects regarding advisory platform enhancements, new functionality, and system and process improvementsSuggest policies and system controls to ensure the successful management and reporting of all My Advice Architect initiatives What you will have: Bachelor's Degree3-5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industryLicense/Registration requirements: Series 7 and 66 What is nice to have: Previous exposure to client servicing and/or account managementKnowledge of investment portfolio administration tools, systems, and processesMaster's degree or other relevant designationsKnowledge of internal Cetera Financial Group systems Compensation: The salary range for this role is $50,000-$65,000 plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
