Job Type: Full-Time (30 hours) In-house program Salary with 65-75% productivity benchmarks No mandated group treatment Specialized on-site training (chronic pain, vestibular rehab, pelvic health, and more) provided during work hours with CEUs State-of-the-art rehab gyms Multiple patient types: inpatient, outpatient, and home health Clinically focused, patient centered treatment decisions drive our programs Due to our company being a non-profit organization, school loan forgiveness is available after 10 years!
In this role, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology An active Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) is required A valid Speech Language Pathology license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment is preferred Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
