Job Description:The Role Be a part of a team that makes it possible for millions of customers to interact simply and safely with Fidelity digitally. This is a key leadership role in the newly formed Identity group. We are looking for a leader who will help drive forward the mission of enhancing customers' trust in Fidelity while deepening relationships with our current customers and attracting new customers. This role will play a critical part in scaling our experiences and platforms for customer identification and risk management.
As a Squad Leader, you will partner with Chapter Leaders to deliver enterprise experiences and capabilities in alignment with the Identity teams' objectives. You will lead a scrum team(s) to execute and maintain features and experiences as part of a group that spans Sign Up, Identity and Risk platform teams as part of an integrated roadmap. The ability to interface with engineering and product leadership, user research, UX design and customer insights to understand customer needs is key. The role reports to the Group Squad Leader (GSL), Identity.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring We are looking for a seasoned product management leader with over 7 years of experience delivering technology solutions and 3+ years of product management or related experience. Proven leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead projects with emerging technology and products in the early strategy and design stage is a must.
Given the critical nature and high sensitivity of this work, integrity and accountability are crucial. Demonstrated understanding of security best practices and industry standards will be beneficial. An aptitude for understanding those standards and the curiosity to continually learn is essential.
