The Role Keyrus US is growing and hiring a Senior Delivery Director. You have progressed through your career from technical expert to leadership roles, successfully driving the growth of your business unit. You are a seasoned leader in Data and Digital transformation, responsible for both business development and delivery, leading the delivery initiatives from strategy to execution. You will take charge of answering RFPs, proposing solutions, project planning, resource management, initiating projects, and supervising multiple strategic accounts. You will have full P&L responsibility, overseeing the strategic direction of new services, solutions, and value propositions.
Key Responsibilities: You will be the owner of the full lifecycle of a client engagement;Oversee the architectural, development and creation of new data solutions to meet the client's needs (design and develop data models, ETL development, data storage, develop business logic rules and algorithms, create complex business BI data visualisation);Dealing with C-level actors at client's to understand the business priorities and ensure Keyrus is positioned as THE data partner to the client;Leading the design and development of proof of concepts (pre-sales) to convince clients of Keyrus built solutions;Leading the design strategies, operating models (i.e. organisations & processes), roadmaps and business cases for Analytics and BI solutions;Building complex Value Propositions;Manage the profitability of all projects (time, budgets, margins);Design and Lead – A-Z pre-sales process;Oversee the delivery methodology and framework with best practice and lessons learned;Manage the full P&L of your practice (costs, SG&A, margin, revenue);Dealing with multiple actors internally across all Keyrus entities world-wide;Act if appropriate as the world-wide SPOC for specific subjects or business or technical;Take the lead in designing our go to market strategies;Create yearly business plans, budgets and forecasts.Skills Preferred: 15+ years of experience with strong expertise in various technologies (Data Engineering/Architecture and Data Visualization);Proven track record as a Project Manager across multiple successful projects.Experience in Agile Project Management methodologies (Scrum, Agile PM);Proven expertise in Business Development, facilitating sales in landing new logos, and working collaboratively/independently to expand existing accounts;Proficient in developing, designing, and analyzing complex data from various sources to offer unique client solutions.Able to explain complex technical solutions to your clients in an easy to understand way;Experience in answering complex RFPs;Able to identify and take a leading role in strategic opportunities/initiatives;Experience of designing strategies for growth;Experience of dealing with all facets of an organisation (HR, IT, Finance);Compensation Range: 200K - 230K USD OTE
