Sr. Global Marketing Mgr, AWS Marketplace Demand Generation & Lifecycle EngagementIn this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders across regions to drive high-quality visitor traffic and generate lead flow, pipeline, and revenue for partners selling solutions on AWS Marketplace. To be successful, you will work alongside our global integrated marketing team and a geographically diverse set of field marketers to align regional strategies which you will then partner to execute.
Key job responsibilities: Collaborate on the strategy and planning of integrated marketing campaigns across key AWS Marketplace categories.Create effective mechanisms for translating and integrating Marketplace campaigns into regional field marketing campaign strategies and partner to execute these campaigns.Understand regional marketing priorities and serve as a key feedback loop in the development of campaign strategy.Establish joint campaign and program KPIs and goals with regional partners through a deep understanding of business objectives, cross-functional team goals, and relevant constraints - define new success metrics if necessary.Help bring regional sensibility and requirements to the product team as appropriate to enhance the Marketplace buyers' journey.About the team: AWS Marketplace enables enterprises and startups to optimize how they discover, migrate, procure, and deploy trusted third-party software, data, and professional services as they migrate to and build in the cloud. The AWS Marketplace Marketing team exists to support this growth with global go-to-market (GTM) strategies and programs intended to accelerate discovery and adoption of AWS Marketplace-listed solutions.
Minimum Requirements: 5+ years working in multi-disciplinary marketing roles across channels.5+ years in B2B marketing and fluency in the strategy, tactics, metrics, and best practices for growing awareness and demand generation.Proven record of working across multiple stakeholders (especially geographically diverse) where steering all in the same direction was crucial to success.Demonstrated ability to leverage business data and domain expertise to draft business requirements consumable across functions and disciplines.5+ years of international digital marketing experience and experience in localization processes.MBA or Graduate degree.5+ years cloud computing, AWS Services, SaaS and/or E-commerce experience.5+ years prior experience working within a 3rd party vendor ecosystem.5+ years experience with marketing automation and personalization tools (Marketo, Adobe CQ, Adobe Experience Manager).5+ years experience with analytics and business intelligence software (Site Catalyst, Tableau, Quicksight).Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
