to lead our client's infrastructure and operations engineering team. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless delivery and enhancement of their IT infrastructure services, which are critical to business operations.
As a Sr. Manager Regional Services Delivery with a focus on Infrastructure and Operations Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective delivery and performance of our client's IT infrastructure services. You will lead a team of engineers, manage service delivery processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure infrastructure meets high standards of reliability and efficiency.
Sr. Manager Regional Services Delivery Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of infrastructure and operations services to ensure they meet established service levels and performance targets.Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure and operations engineers. Foster a collaborative environment, provide performance feedback, and support professional development.Address critical incidents and service disruptions promptly. Implement root cause analysis and corrective measures to prevent future issues.Oversee infrastructure projects such as upgrades, migrations, and new implementations. Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business goals.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Communicate effectively to manage expectations and resolve issues.Identify areas for improvement in service delivery and implement strategies to enhance infrastructure performance and reliability.Ensure that infrastructure solutions adhere to organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Implement and maintain robust security practices.Maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure setups, processes, and service delivery metrics. Provide regular updates and reports to management on service performance and project status. Sr. Manager Regional Services Delivery Requirements: 5+ years of experience in infrastructure and operations engineering, with 2+ years in a managerial role focused on service deliveryIn-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking and cloud technologies. Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks for service management is beneficialProven track record in managing IT projects and leading cross-functional teams. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is advantageousStrong problem-solving skills with the capability to address complex issues and implement effective solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated leadership skills with a successful history of motivating and managing teams to achieve high performanceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
