A construction company is seeking a Staff Accountant to handle vendors for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) and manage client interactions professionally.

Responsibilities Include: Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable processes. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payments. Handle client interactions with professionalism and strong communication skills. Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies. Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management. Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant regulations. Ideal Qualifications: Proven experience in managing AP and AR functions. Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Salary: $85k - $100k/Year
