A growing retail clothing store is seeking a Store Manager with a passion for children's fashion and exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities Include:
12:00 PM - 6:00/7:00 PM.
Overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, customer service, staff management, inventory control, and merchandising.
Managing daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.
Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Handling on-the-floor sales with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Managing inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving merchandise.
Implementing effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and enhance the shopping experience.
Training and developing staff to improve performance and foster a positive work environment.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Managing store opening and closing procedures.
Ideal Qualifications:

Passion for children's fashion and retail.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Proven track record in retail management is a plus but not a must.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and merchandising

Salary: $25 - $35/Hour
