Sustainability matters to our customers and to our Sellers. We seek to enable and inspire customers to make sustainable choices along their purchase journey: allowing them to find a wide range of sustainable selection, delivered in the most sustainable way, and to extend the life of their products. This benefits also to third party Sellers selling on the marketplace, as products' life extension intends to reduce the number of returns and refunds they concede, thus benefit to their economics.
As a Strategic Account Manager, your role will be to help third party Sellers to access Sustainability programs, such as Warranty Repair services, Climate Pledge Friendly Certification and Ship in Product Packaging programs. You will also be critical in launching, rolling out and improving these programs across EU.
Key job responsibilities:
Launch and scale new Sustainability programs
Define and coordinate the Seller recruitment strategy to use the programs, and manage directly top Sellers on Amazon's European marketplaces. Set clear, measurable quality goals, and report on it.
Define the recruitment strategy of third party partners to increase Sustainable after-market services
Identify, identify and prioritize key areas for service and business improvement, with the collection of valuable voice of Sellers and Partners, to influence the product roadmap accordingly, ensuring the best customer, seller and partner experience.
Report progresses to EU leadership team.
Contribute to yearly Operating Plans to develop and improve the Sustainability programs for Sellers
Continuously identify opportunities, define and improve strategies for growing sustainable options for sellers across Europe.
The ideal candidate should possess analytical and commercial skills, capabilities to elaborate, implement and scale a strategic vision, as well as influencing senior stakeholders and partner teams.
Key job responsibilities
•Define and improve strategies to help top High ASP sellers to improve their economics
•Set up High ASP sellers for success, delivering new business opportunities, liaising also with external providers to enhance services.
•Manage top High ASP Sellers on Amazon's European marketplaces, either directly or through coordinating seller recruiting teams.
•Identify, prioritize and communicate key areas for service and business improvement along Fast and secured inbound for High ASP selection.
•Set clear, measurable quality goals for managed initiatives.

•Experience in building relationships with strategic sellers
•Experience in dealing with complexity and ambiguity
•Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
•Good knowledge of Fulfilment by Amazon
•Proven experience at launching/scaling new programs
