Strategic Partnership Manager - Ahm

SUMMARY:
The Strategic Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing and executing Alivia's partnership strategy that supports Alivia's business goals. This position is responsible for working closely with other members of the management team to identify and assess potencial partnerships, negotiate and execute agreements, manage relationships with partners and monitor performance to ensure that both partes are meeting their obligations.
REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES:
Educaton and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. An MBA is preferred.
Experience in strategic planning, project management and stakeholder management
Required Skills:
Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop winning partner strategies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently, to take initiative, be resourceful and exercise astute business judgement to drive performance.
Exceptional program management skills to lead end to end partnerships program delivery.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with the ability to work with stakeholders across different functions, colleagues at all levels and with key partners.
Highly organized with excellent atenon to detail.
Public speaking experience.
