Travel: N/A Duties: The applicant shall Design, implement and monitor individualized strength and conditioning programs for the pilots to ensure proper functional movement fitness routines for each individual.The applicant shall provide strength training, and power development. Coordinate individualized exercise programs. The applicant shall develop safe and effective strength and endurance training programs. Qualification: The applicant must possess and maintain current certification by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified SCS. Education/ Experience: The applicant shall possess a prior specialized experience.
