Responsibilities:
***UP TO $2,000 SIGN ON INCENTIVE*** Supervisor will provide direct home-based interventions to address risk factors, increase protective factors and ensure the safety of families. Supervisor will also provide guidance and direct supervision related to the program model and ACS prevention standards.
Responsibilities: Report to assigned Assistant Vice President. Provides home-based clinical treatment utilizing the Functional Family Therapy-Therapeutic Case Model (FFT-TCM) model to assigned caseload of up to 4 cases and provides coverage for staffs caseload as needed. Manages the extensive travel requirements involved in serving families in their homes. Supervises 4 therapists and 1 care navigator. Applies and is adherent to NYF Coaching and Mentoring Model to support staff development and completes the performance evaluation process. Leads weekly group supervision. Train with FFT-TCM consultants to work towards supervisor certification. Conducts assessments including review of referral information, identifying and engaging key participants, identifying relational patterns, and individualized treatment planning. Engages families to sign for services and completes intakes with families within the required ACS timeframes. Participates in all required agency, model and stakeholder trainings, individual and group coaching and staff meetings. Provide guidance and direct supervision of staffs implementation of the FFT-TCM model. Ensures that team adheres to model expectations and implement with fidelity including the timely completion of progress notes, session planning guides, session impact scales, appointment notes, intake and discharge assessments in the Care4 documentation system. Consistently meets all program and model Key Performance Indicators (including session pacing, required casework contacts, successful client outcomes, timely completion of Family Assessment Service Plans, data entry in all systems, etc. Participates in case reviews and Continuous Quality Improvement meetings. Identify and address family risk factors that give rise to possible child removal, ACS involvement, and out of home placement due to continued referral behavior or new risk/safety factors. This includes the completion of safety plans and incident reports if necessary. Maintains clear, concise and timely documentation of treatment efforts in progress notes and Family Assessment and Service Planning (FASP) that demonstrate compliance with the FFT-TCM model and supervisory review feedback. Manages the extensive documentation requirements in all databases (Care4, Connections, PROMIS & Evolv) to successfully comply with mandates from agency, ACS and model. Identify community-based resources for families, collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders/providers (i.e., ACS, schools, doctors, mental health providers, courts, etc.) to monitor participation in services and accompany families to appointments if needed. Conduct interviews and onboard new staff. This includes, but is not limited to: teaching new and current staff how to complete paperwork and leading shadowing opportunities. Responsible for reviewing data and tracking Key Performance Indicators, completing a monthly Program Monitoring Report (PMR) and participating in monthly PMR meetings. Responsible for assignment of cases to staff. In coordination with the AVP: interview, make hiring decisions, and onboarding of frontline staff. Develops improvement plans such as logs and Corrective Disciplinary Report. Assesses probation extensions for new hires. Completion of supervisory reviews to ensure that all safety and risk concerns are addressed in documentation and any supervisory review feedback from prior month(s) is addressed. Collaborate with other agency programs and support departments. Liaise with ACS stakeholders. Respond to email correspondences in a timely manner. Participate in FTC, ERC, CSC, STC as needed. Support with Office of Preventive Technical Assistance (OPTA) consultations. Participate in agency leadership seminars and trainings including: Sup College and Case Aid college. Be well-versed in safety protocols, opening and closing protocols and review incident reports. Promotes staff engagement and a positive work environment to support in maintaining staff morale. Models appropriate professional behavior, boundaries, and time management. Provides 24/7 coverage during the week and participates on a weekend on-call rotational schedule. Responsible for ongoing active participation towards clinical licensure if not licensed. If licensed, provides access to licensure clinical supervision to eligible staff?and?runs Licensure Group Supervision as needed. Other duties as assigned. Salary Range - $77,846.97- $86,346.97/year

At least one year of experience as an FFT/FFT-TCM therapist and/or at least one year of leadership experience. Two years of relevant experience. Must at minimum be provisionally licensed (LP-MHC, LP-MFT, LPLCAT, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT and/or LCSW) and working towards becoming fully licensed. High adherence to the model and positive feedback from FFT consultant if there is experience in the model. Knowledge of ACS Standards and protocols. An understanding and commitment to complying with the New York State Central Register of Abuse and Neglect protocol (requirements to report any suspected abuse, maltreatment or neglect of any child). Experience with and willingness to work with culturally diverse population. Strong understanding and the ability to implement the following: Family safety planning Risk and Safety assessments Crisis Management Incident Reporting Completion of FASPs Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email, and Data entry systems (e.g. Connections, Evolv, Care4) Excellent verbal and written skills. Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field Preferred Requirements: Certified FFT/FFT-TCM Therapist

Education Required:
