They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Swift Coding Expert—Japanese-speaking. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality of the company's project deliverables by managing a dedicated pod of "contributors" who are working on translation tasks and implementing quality improvement initiatives. This position requires a strong focus on maintaining and enhancing the overall quality of data annotations.
Job DescriptionPod Management: Lead and manage a pod of contributors with a primary focus on quality, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environmentDaily Audits: Perform daily audits to assess and enhance the quality of data annotations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actionsContributor Support: Collaborate with contributors to address and resolve quality-related issues, providing guidance and support as neededCompliance: Ensure compliance with quality standards, project guidelines, and industry best practicesQualificationsExperience as a Swift Coding expert/IOS DeveloperStrong project management skills with a focus on quality assuranceExcellent communication skills to effectively interact with contributors and stakeholdersProven ability to analyze data annotation quality metrics and drive improvementsFluency in Japanese and English is essential for effective communication and collaboration with the teamPrevious experience in translation is a plusAdditional Information- This position is anticipated to be 40+ hours a week for approximately a month.
