T -P Air Export Agent

Employment Requirements:
Job Duties: Interact with our customers in arranging their international air export shipments. Process international export documents, such as HAWB, filing AES, billing invoice, etc.
Software to use: AS400, Outlook, Microsoft Office
Skills: Ability to follow instructions from supervisor or lead agent; accurate and timely manner in daily operations; basic PC skills; communication/team-oriented mindset with flexibility; problem-solving abilities.
Language: English, Japanese (preferred)
Work Hours: 11:00 - 20:00 Mon - Fri, Sat rotation once a month.
