Talent Acquisition Specialist - Clinical Ridge, NY

In this role, you will: Manage the full recruitment process for MAs, LPNs, RNs, & other clinical openings, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers. Conduct phone screens, zooms & in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and manage interview processes with hiring managers, ensuring timely feedback and smooth communication. Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress and talent pipeline status. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (Workday preferred) Write and post accurate, engaging job descriptions to attract high-quality candidates. Identifying and cultivating relationships with sources of potential skilled care candidates, such as nursing schools, job fairs, and online job boards. Ensuring that all recruitment processes and practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws and healthcare industry standards. Collaborating with clinical division administrators to understand staffing needs and priorities, as well as with HR to coordinate the onboarding process. We require: Bachelor's Degree required (minimum) Knowledge of nursing licensure requirements and clinical role responsibilities. Experience recruiting for healthcare facilities Minimum of 2 years of clinical recruitment experience, specifically hiring MAs, RNs, and LPNs. Deep understanding of sourcing techniques and platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously High level of attention to detail. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently & time management skills. Salary up to $85,000/year based on experience.
