About the Role The Company is seeking a Tax Director to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, training, and mentoring tax managers and associates, as well as leading the department in identifying and implementing tax planning and consulting opportunities. The Tax Director will also be involved in managing client engagements, conducting complex tax research, and communicating with clients and tax authorities. Experience in gift, estate, and trust returns, as well as partnership tax, is a plus.

Applicants for the Tax Director position at the company should possess a minimum of 15 years' of relevant experience and have a strong background in tax research, particularly with RIA. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with a desire to continuously improve, learn, and grow. Strong leadership skills and the ability to train, mentor, and develop staff are essential. The role demands an individual with an outgoing and friendly personality, who is a team player and can effectively manage client relationships. A CPA certification is required, and experience in gift, estate, and trust returns, as well as partnership tax, is highly valued.
