About the Role The Company is seeking a Tax Director with a focus on Partnership and Pass-Through entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing a range of tax activities, including the review and management of tax returns, extensions, and tax planning calculations. The Tax Director will also be involved in reviewing financial statements, conducting complex tax research, and leading the department in knowledge of relevant software, processes, and workflows. Additionally, the role involves direct communication with clients, colleagues, and tax authorities, as well as leading the team in meeting client deliverables and due dates.The role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of tax and advisory services to a diverse client base across various industries.

This role requires a professional with a CPA, at least 8 years' of management experience in public accounting, and a strong background in partnership return experience.Applicants for the Tax Director position at the company must have a CPA, and a Master of Laws (LLM) or Juris Doctorate is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a background in a similar role, with a focus on partnership and pass-through entities, and be adept at managing and leading a team in a remote work environment. Responsibilities include responding to tax audits, inquiries, and notices, as well as providing expert advice on various tax matters.
