Job Title: Technology Delivery Manager (Retail banking collection & recovery experience) Location: Mount Laurel, NJ-Onsite Duration: Full Time-Only
Job Description
•Oversee and directly manage multiple specialized and various functional teams (e.g. Application Development, Solutions Designers, Business Systems Analysts, Support, Technology Project Management etc.)
•Acts as the single or primary point of engagement for overall program planning discussions with stakeholders and is involved in capacity forecasting, timeline planning, technology scope and solution assessment, end to end delivery, communication and risk management
•Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely/accurate communication and resolution of issues
•Good knowledge of Retail Banking Collections & Recovery space preferred
•Prior experience in Banking domain with TDM role will be preferred
•Delivery and project management experience - must have
•Critical thinking, Technology driven mindset, clear communication - must have
•Comfortable with creating decks, status reports and other project level communications that will be shared with senior level management.
