The successful candidate will be the key driver of strategic initiatives within the global treasury, with a focus on the allocation of balance sheet capacity and limited capital/liquidity resources to support business activities. This role involves creating and implementing an analytical framework for resource allocation, owning and refining performance management methodologies, documenting hedging strategies, and engaging with industry peers to understand best practices. The Managing Director will also be responsible for coordinating with investment services on deposit strategy and driving other strategic initiatives within the global treasury function.
Candidates for this role should have extensive experience in financial services, global treasury, and risk management, with a strong understanding of capital, liquidity, and interest rate risk, as well as key regulatory requirements in these areas. The role requires experience in leading cross-functional programs, managing competing priorities, and interacting with senior stakeholders.
