General Description
Responsible for the administration and general accounting of the assigned retirement plans.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Makes accounting entries, prepares monthly reconciliations, securities purchase and sale transactions, client billing, among others.

Offer a service of excellence to guarantee the satisfaction of its clients. Actively responds to their requests in a timely manner.
:
Work as a team player with the other officers in the different processes related to the daily management of their accounts.
:
Prepares reports to comply with the divisions Risk Management and KYC policies and to collaborate in the different audits to which we are subject in the Division.
Education
Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
Experience
At least two years of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
:
Knowledge of the stock market business.
:
High level of organization to prioritize, works with multiple simultaneous tasks, meets deadlines and be flexible to change.
:
Ability to analyze situations, anticipates problems, evaluate options, and make decisions on time.
:
Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
:
Demonstrates an attitude of service, both for Clients, Partners, Supervisors and Managers.
:
Proficiency in the use and management of personal computers and Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Excellent oral and written communication, both in English and Spanish.
