As a Unit Clerk at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve the quality of life, health, and comfort of residents.The Unit Clerk performs a variety of duties related to reception of patients/visitors, communication with the unit and medical staff and other departments. General clerical and medical record responsibility required.Duties Include:Scanning in resident documentsUpdates room changes in our current electronic medical record program.Creating admission and readmission packetsUpdating room change informationUpdating resident discharge informationAssisting DON with projects as neededScheduling Dentist visitsScheduling Podiatrist visitsScheduling Optometrist visits through Sight RiteAnswering phonesFaxing and accepting faxes from the Labs and all other contactsPicking up and distributing mail from UnitCollecting documents for scanningWe offer the Following:Competitive Compensation.Great Benefits Package.Professional Growth & Stability.Innovative Training Programs And much more!Requirements:HS diploma required.Medical terminology and basic data entry skills preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
