Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and energetic motorcycle enthusiasts to join our team. The Vehicle Inventory Coordinator will handle all things Pre-owned to ensure that we always deliver the very best experience for customers.
From the time we make the deal and acquire the motorcycle the Vehicle Inventory Coordinator will see the vehicle through the receiving process, evaluation, reconditioning , detailing, pricing and marketing. The final product will representative of your attention to detail and the pride you take in yourself and your work.
Key Responsibilities: Communication point for UMS at every store Responsible for accuracy of pre-owned fleet selection at location Works with Sales Mgr and puts value and selling price on trades and ORB's Calculates initial recon RO Completes initial receiving evaluation of trades and ORB's Works with Service manager for the scheduling of recon and detail for all trades and ORB's including the removal of accessories that detract from the vehicle. List all accessories and options for description of vehicle Assure accurate and timely photos including initial coming soon photo Complete transfer of pre-owned as required Be available for Customer walk arounds (videos) as required Complete remote trade evaluations as required Communicate additional information to UMS as requested Reviews all Web listings prior to being published to ensure accuracy and quality Works with UMS to review pricing at pre-determined DOH intervals Rejects units for photos that do not meet UMS standards Coordinates logistics to ship sold bikes Completes RTD (ready to deliver) for all pre-owned Requirements Motorcycle Enthusiast Mechanically inclined Motorcycle Endorsement on License Knowledge of Pre-owned Powersports Detail orientated Organized Able to manage multiple task with demanding time deadlines Able to move Motorcycles of various shapes and sizes including HD baggers Ability to follow direction Works autonomously and collaborates with others as needed
