The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of the curriculum, fostering a diverse and cohesive leadership team, and overseeing the systematic review of programs. This role involves long-range planning, budgeting, and development, as well as compliance with accreditation standards. The VPAA will also be part of the Executive Council, coordinating with various departments to support the institution's mission and strategic goals.
Candidates for the Vice President for Academic Affairs position at the company should have an earned doctorate or appropriate terminal degree, a proven track record of higher education leadership, and a strong commitment to student success. The role requires a leader with a consultative and collaborative decision-making style, a focus on inclusivity, and the ability to manage financial resources effectively.
