This pivotal role is focused on driving client satisfaction, revenue growth, and maintaining strong relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic vision for the account management department, setting and monitoring KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies with the company's goals. A key aspect of the role is client relationship management, including establishing relationships with C-level executives, leading strategic conversations, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving. The VP will also be instrumental in identifying opportunities for account growth, leading the team in driving upsells and cross-sells, and managing revenue retention.
Candidates for the VP of Account Management position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of experience in account management or client services, with at least 5 years' in a leadership role. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Experience in the SaaS, marketing, and influencer marketing industries is beneficial. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing key client accounts, advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Salesforce.
