This pivotal role involves evaluating and mitigating project risks, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure the effectiveness of CED operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting or surpassing NTP and margin objectives, leading initiatives to optimize project value engineering, and enhancing power plant performance. A critical aspect of the position is the refinement of project lifecycle processes to achieve higher quality and cost-effectiveness through standardization and automation.

Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in solar and/or storage field operations, preferably at a DG and/or utility scale, and a proven track record in a PV and/or storage Project Manager role. Additionally, the role requires at least 5 years' of cross-functional project leadership, hands-on experience in continuous process improvement, and a background in quality or process excellence methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to the mission of the company. Responsibilities also include leading and mentoring the estimating team, coordinating with various business units, and developing a lean operational culture that promotes a highly productive workforce.
