Candidates for the VP role should have a degree in business administration or a related field, with a master's degree preferred, and a background that includes executive leadership experience. Experience in auto lending, risk management, new business development, and a strong understanding of the auto industry's financial ecosystem are essential. The role requires excellent customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a global, matrixed business environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating client needs into actionable insights, with a focus on empowering consumers and advancing the adoption of analytic solutions.
