The position demands excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and a proven track record in sales methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA being preferred, and at least 10 years' of experience in the software industry, particularly in the business applications side. The role is suited to individuals who have worked in fast-paced, high-growth software companies and are adept at managing change. Proficiency in sales management tools such as Smartsheet, Salesforce.com, Google Apps, and Tableau is also required.
