This senior-level position is pivotal in guiding the development of creative solutions for both internal and client-facing projects. The successful candidate will be the go-to contact for teams, providing expertise on emerging technologies, particularly in the areas of AI and innovation, and ensuring that the creative process is brought to life effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, support for agency partners, and a strong understanding of the creative and technical intersection are essential. The role also involves working with the Technical Delivery Center of Excellence to manage and deliver technology and transformation projects, as well as educating internal teams on the capabilities of the CoE.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in creative technology or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree. Experience in an advertising agency, marketing firm, or similar creative environment is required. The role demands a candidate with a creative mindset, strong technical skills, and a passion for exploring new technologies. Familiarity with design tools, 3D game engines, and cloud computing platforms is necessary. The VP, Creative Technology will be responsible for maintaining strong internal and external relationships, staying up-to-date with the latest technology advancements, and presenting complex technical concepts in a clear manner. The ability to build and share strategic product roadmaps, as well as experience with generative AI tools, is also a key qualification for this role.
