The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring, growing, and providing leadership to the team, as well as partnering cross-functionally to establish priorities and set targets for new prospect generation and active pipeline acceleration. This role requires the development and execution of comprehensive growth marketing strategies, continuous evaluation and optimization of performance, and the ability to lead strategic and tactical planning. The VP will also be involved in programmatic campaign planning and execution, lead generation and nurturing, and overseeing the implementation and optimization of marketing technology stack to support demand generation efforts.
To be successful in this role, candidates should have 12-15+ years' experience in demand generation within B2B SaaS or tech, with a proven track record of meeting KPI targets. Experience in high-growth, tech-enabled companies and running ABX campaigns, particularly with 6sense, is highly valued. The role demands a tech-forward individual with a strong data-driven and test-and-adjust mentality, excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, and a passion for sharing knowledge and making the business smarter. The VP will be expected to manage a demand generation budget effectively, allocate resources to high-impact initiatives, and work closely with various stakeholders to align demand generation efforts with the overall go-to-market strategy.
