The successful candidate will serve as the finance partner for the Investment Services CFO, with a primary focus on defining and delivering the overall financial approach, including monthly results, planning, budgeting, financial forecasting, and management reporting. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and productivity strategies, as well as leading the transformation of standard financial processes. The VP will also be involved in deal integration activities and will work closely with senior business leaders and CFOs across the organization to support key initiatives and opportunities.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong executive presence, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proven track record of strategic execution and collaboration. The role requires a champion of employee development and engagement, with the ability to mentor and train the next generation of business unit finance talent. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking, innovative leader with a background in finance and accounting, and at least 10 years' of experience in a broad range of financial and accounting leadership roles. Financial services experience is preferred, and a background in strategy or consulting is a plus. The candidate should have a strong work ethic, a get it done attitude, and the ability to manage teams in large, complex organizations. A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is also a plus.
