The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the direct-to-consumer vision across the company's portfolio of franchises. This role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, and game team leaders to meet the direct-to-consumer needs of each franchise and to drive the overall business strategy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ecommerce, payments, and technology, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape. They should be a strong problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of delivering on KPIs and driving growth initiatives within a technology-driven environment.
Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with an MBA preferred, and a proven track record in business, strategy, and digital product experience. Extensive experience in managing significant P&Ls, a high analytical drive, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are essential. The role requires an individual who is adept at both creative and analytical thinking, and who can champion data-driven decisions to optimize the direct-to-consumer experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills are also necessary, as is the ability to influence and manage expectations at all levels, including the executive team.
