The successful candidate will be tasked with leading a team to meet and exceed targets for new customer acquisition and expansion, with a strong focus on data, results, and the delivery of high-quality marketing-sourced pipeline. Strategic leadership is essential, as the role involves not only managing a team of leaders across various demand generation functions but also collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact. The VP will be responsible for integrated campaigns, global demand programs, paid acquisition, SEO, website operations, content, creative, and brand management.
Applicants for the VP, Global Demand Generation position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with 10-15 years' of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles, and at least 5 years' in a leadership capacity. The role requires an individual who is an expert in developing, executing, and measuring innovative demand generation programs across all channels, and who has a proven track record of leading and scaling global marketing teams. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and web analytics tools is a must, as is a strong understanding of integrated marketing, digital advertising, content strategy, and brand management.
