The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the company's strategic partnership sales strategy, with a focus on creating and nurturing relationships with top global system integrators. This role requires the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer success, and partnership leadership, to ensure that the partnership objectives are aligned with the company's product efforts. The VP will also be tasked with building a high-performance business development team that embodies the company's core values and is dedicated to delivering a differentiated, customer-centric experience.
Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 10 years of global partner management experience in a hyper-growth SaaS environment, preferably with a background that includes both larger, more mature companies and smaller, early-stage companies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of quickly and profitably scaling revenue through new business opportunities, as well as experience in setting and achieving ambitious revenue targets. Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate in a cross-functional, data-driven, and fast-paced environment are essential. The role also requires a strategic go-to-market operator with the ability to influence product development based on customer needs and a commitment to talent management and team development.
