The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business development efforts, understanding the market to identify new business opportunities, and inspiring clients with a vision for leveraging workforce engagement solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to position the company's solutions to meet those needs. The VP, Market Lead will also be involved in leading RFP processes, contract negotiations, and will be expected to partner with marketing and inside sales teams to execute prospecting strategies.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' business development experience in the workforce or employee experience space, including leadership roles, and should possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. The role demands a candidate with a solid working knowledge of strategic planning, execution, budgeting, and a proven track record in sales.
