The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business development efforts, with a focus on identifying new opportunities and nurturing client relationships. This role requires the ability to set a compelling vision for clients based on their specific needs and to be well-versed in the solutions offered in the workforce engagement space. The VP, Market Lead will also be expected to lead a team in the RFP process, as well as in contract negotiations, and to partner with marketing and inside sales for effective prospecting strategies.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' business development experience in the workforce or employee experience sector, including leadership roles. The role demands a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, and a solid understanding of strategic planning, budgeting, and sales execution.
