About the Role The Company is in need of a Vice President of Corporate Tax to take on a pivotal role in the organization's global tax provision, financial reporting, and compliance processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of various tax returns. Additionally, the role involves the development and implementation of tax strategies that optimize the firm's tax position, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The VP of Corporate Tax will also provide strategic guidance on tax implications related to investments, transactions, and business operations, and manage the preparation of tax provisions and disclosures for financial reporting purposes. Staying current on tax laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations is a key part of the position.

Applicants for the VP of Corporate Tax role at the company should have a minimum of 7 years of corporate tax provision and compliance experience, with a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. A CPA is strongly preferred, and candidates must have experience working with ASC 740. The position requires a professional who is proactive, strategic, and able to work effectively in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. The role is full-time with a hybrid work schedule, and the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have the ability to lead and manage a team of tax professionals.
