About the Role The Company is seeking a VP of Corporate Tax to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of key functions within the global tax provision, financial reporting, and compliance processes. This includes in-house management of all aspects of the tax provision, as well as active involvement in data management, review of tax returns, and the handling of tax audits and controversies. The role demands a professional with a minimum of 7 years' of corporate tax provision and compliance experience, with a strong preference for those who have a degree in accounting, public accounting firm experience, and a CPA or progress toward a CPA. Experience in partnerships and/or international tax compliance is also considered a valuable asset.

As the VP of Corporate Tax, the candidate will play an integral part in financial reporting, with responsibilities that encompass forecasting the annual effective tax rate, recording quarterly tax provisions, and preparing various tax disclosures. In terms of tax compliance, the role involves managing the global compliance process, overseeing estimates and extension calculations, and providing support for a range of compliance processes, including tax information reporting and withholding. The ideal candidate will be adept at responding to tax inquiries and audits at the federal, state, local, and foreign levels, and will be committed to maintaining and improving ICFR controls and documentation. The position offers a full-time hybrid work arrangement and is suited to a professional who can work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and hands-on approach to their responsibilities.
